01:59It sent a chill up and down my spine

04:24Tonight's the night
04:26Tonight's the night
04:28Whoa!
04:54I went to the movie
04:57The other night
05:01The plot was groovy
05:04It was out of sight
05:08I sat with my popcorn
05:12Out looking for good times
05:18Lost in the cartoon
05:21I grabbed the lifeline
05:40I've been a searcher
05:43I've been a fool
05:47I've been a long time
05:50Coming to you
05:53I'm hoping for your love
05:58To carry me through
06:04You're holding my baby
06:07I'm holding you
06:11It's alright
06:39It's alright
06:41Oh tell me where the answer lies
06:49Is it in the north
06:53Behind your eyes
06:58When your decision
07:02Comes to view
07:07I'll be watching my TV
07:10And it'll be watching you
07:27I'm hoping for you
07:29I'm hoping for you
07:29I'm hoping for you
07:46All right, Nils.
07:47All right.
08:18I've been a searcher, I've been a fool, but I've been a long time.
08:29I've been a long time coming to you, I'm hoping for your love to carry me through, you're holding my
08:46baby, and I'm holding you, yes I am.
09:10I'm hoping for your love to carry me through, you're holding my baby, and I'm hoping for your love to
09:20carry me through.
09:49You know I lose
09:53You know I win
09:55You know I call for
09:59The shape I'm in
10:02It's just a game
10:05You see me play
10:09Only real
10:11In the way
10:14That I feel
10:17From day to day
10:27Although the answer
10:30Is not unknown
10:32I'm searching, searching
10:36And how I've grown
10:39It's not alright
10:42To say goodbye
10:45And the world
10:48On its strength
10:51Doesn't mean
10:55It's all I mean
11:18Oh, the world
11:20On its strength
11:24Doesn't mean
11:27It's all I mean
11:29In the way
11:32That I feel
11:36From know the world
11:40On its strength
11:43Doesn't mean
11:46It's all I mean
12:13It's all I mean
12:34I'm climbing this ladder
12:41My head in the cloud
12:47I hope that it matters
12:53I'm having my doubts
13:00I'm watching this gator
13:06Fly by on the lake
13:13Ice frozen six feet deep
13:18How long does it take?
13:26I look out on peaceful lands
13:32With no war nearby
13:39An ocean of shaking hands
13:45That grab at the sky
13:50I look out on peaceful lands
14:20I look out on peaceful lands
14:21I'm singing this borrowed tune
14:28I took from the rolling stones
14:35Alone in this empty room
14:40Too wasted to write my own
14:48I'm climbing this ladder
14:55My head in the clouds
15:02I hope that it matters
15:08I hope that it matters
15:15I hope that it matters
15:37Come on baby, let's go downtown
15:40Let's go, let's go, let's go downtown
15:44Come on baby, let's go downtown
15:47Let's go, let's go, let's go downtown
15:52Walk on, talk on
15:55Baby, tell no lie
15:58Don't you be caught
16:00With a tear in your eye
16:03Show them up, they'll be selling stuff
16:06When the moon begins to rise
16:09Pretty bad when you're dealing with a man
16:12And the light shines in your eyes
16:14Yeah
16:35Come on baby, let's go downtown
16:38Let's go, let's go, let's go downtown
16:43Come on baby, let's go downtown
16:45Come on baby, let's go, let's go, let's go downtown
16:50Steak ice, french fries
16:53And I got lots of gas
16:56Oh, moon and a jumping tune
16:58Now you don't have to ask
17:02Sure enough, they'll be selling stuff
17:04When the moon begins to rise
17:08Pretty bad when you're dealing with a man
17:10And the light shines in your eyes
17:12Yeah
17:13Come on baby, let's go downtown
17:36Come on baby, let's go downtown
17:41Come on baby, let's go downtown
17:44Let's go, let's go, let's go downtown
17:49Walk on, talk on
17:51Baby, tell no lie
17:55Don't you be caught
17:57With a tear in your eye
18:00Show them up, they'll be selling stuff
18:03When the moon begins to rise
18:06Pretty bad when you're dealing with a man
18:09And the light shines in your eyes
18:11Yeah
18:15Pretty bad when you're dealing with a man
18:18And the light shines in your eyes
18:20Yeah
18:20Pretty bad when you're dealing with a man
18:27And the light shines in your heart, yeah
18:34Pretty bad when you're dealing with a man
18:36And the light shines in your heart, yeah
19:24Baby, mellow my mind
19:27Make me feel like a schoolboy on bird time
19:37Juggling nickels and dimes
19:44Satisfied with the fish on the line
19:49I've been down the road and I've come back
19:57A lonesome whistle on a railroad track
20:04Ain't got nothing on those feelings
20:09That I have
20:18There's something so hard to find
20:22A situation
20:25That can casualise your mind
20:32But you're missing
21:00I've been down the road again
21:02And I come back not some way soon on a railroad track
21:13Ain't got nothing on those feelings that I have
21:27Baby, melt off my mind Make me feel like a schoolboy on good time
21:41Chocolate nickels and dimes Satisfied with the fish on the line
22:09It's too dark to put the keys in my ignition
22:18And the morning sun is yet to climb my hood ornament
22:26But before too long I might see those flashing red lights
22:35Look out, mama, cause I'm coming home tonight
22:43Think I'll roll another number for the road
22:51I feel able to get under any load
23:00Though my feet aren't on the ground I've been standing on the sound
23:09Of some open-hearted people going down
23:15I know
23:16I know
23:51I'm not going back to Woodstock for a while
24:01Though I long to hear that lonesome hippie smile
24:10I'm a million miles away from that helicopter day
24:17Though I don't believe I'll be going back I think
24:24Think I'll roll another number for the road
24:33I feel able to get under any load
24:42Though my feet aren't on the ground I've been standing on the sound
24:50Of some open-hearted people going down my hood
28:03So I'll stop when I can find some Fridays in Countryham.
28:14I'll find somewhere where they don't care who I am.
28:30Oh, I love the cookies.
28:46Oh, I love the cookies.
28:57Oh, I love the cookies.
28:58Oh, I love the cookies.
29:08Oh, I love the cookies.
29:12Oh, I love the cookies.
29:15Oh, I love the cookies.
29:17Oh, I love the cookies.
29:19Oh, I love the cookies.
29:20Oh, I love the cookies.
29:32New mama's got a sun in her eyes
29:38No clouds are in my changing sky
29:44Each morning when I wake up to rise
29:50I'm living in a dreamland
30:03Changing times, ancient reasons
30:09That turn to lies
30:12Throw them all away
30:19Head in hand
30:22Gift of wonders to understand
30:27And open all the way
30:55New mama's got a sun in her eyes
31:00No clouds are in my changing sky
31:07Each morning when I wake up to rise
31:13I'm living in a dreamland
31:45A hip drag queen
31:48And a sidewalk and street wheeler
31:52Coming down the avenue
31:58To all your friends
32:01You'll come to love them
32:03There's a load of them
32:08Waiting for you
32:10Look out Joe
32:14You're coming home
32:16Old times were good times
32:23Old times were good times

32:35The day
32:36She took my brain
32:37She took my brain
32:38And forgot my name
32:41The woman you were with
32:44Was about the same
32:47She took your money
32:49She took my brain
32:49She took my brain
32:50She took my brain
32:50And left town
32:53Look out Joe

34:24From up on the hill
34:27A Cadillac
34:29A Cadillac
34:29Put a hole in his arm
34:33But old Bill
34:36He's up there still
34:40Having a ball
34:41Rolling to the bottom
34:45Look out Joe
34:48You're coming home
34:50Full times were good times
34:57Full times were good times
35:02Full times were good times
35:19Well, he shot four men in a cocaine deal
35:27And he left them lying in an open field
35:34Full of old cars with bullet holes in the mirror
35:41He tried to do his best, but he could not

36:31But they burned his brother, you know, and they left him lying in the driveway
36:36They let him down, he's nothing
36:41He tried to do his best, but he could not
