00:01Oh!
00:07Good!
00:13That's grey water.
00:15That's untreated, yeah.
00:16It tastes like a nice, crisp, colch style ale.
00:20You'd have no idea the source of the water.
00:24It's just nice, pristine drinking water.
00:26E' un fantastico cervello, e i'm going to drink another sip.
00:50Here, this is water, this is great water, this is water from showers, from laundry, and
00:55from bathroom sinks.
00:56So we're actually collecting in this building about 7,500 gallons per day of gray water that
01:03we are treating, putting through an advanced treatment process, and then turning into clean
01:08treated water.
01:09This is the water before treatment that you're looking at here.
01:16And I'll drive these guys right in.
01:39There is a yuck factor associated with the thought of recycled water.
01:43I think a lot of people think that recycled water is of lesser quality than tap water.
01:48As when I first entered the industry, a lot of people said the public is just not ready
01:52for recycled water.
01:54That public perception is too difficult for people to overcome.
01:57And I think what our beer project has showed people is that the public is a lot more ready
02:02for recycled water than we give them credit for.
02:29Any more perfect than that.
02:40When Aaron reached out to us at first, we were a little set aside and we were like, well,
02:45what are people going to think?
02:47And then the more we thought about it, it made a whole lot of sense.
02:50We have to make a change today, we're running out of water and we need to find a way to
02:58incorporate
02:59that into every day and things like beer.
