00:00So, tell me how much of a mother is and how much of a mother is in her daughter.
00:05No, she is very much of a mother.
00:07She is not a typical mother.
00:10Like in films, she keeps on a pedestal on her mother.
00:15She is not a mother.
00:16She is not in her style.
00:17No.
00:19She is a very different mother.
00:20She has chaos in her life.
00:23She is a human, basically.
00:27She is a human.
00:27She is a human.
00:28We keep on a pedestal.
00:31They also have feelings.
00:33They also have some relief in their life.
00:38They also have some emotions in their own.
00:42So, we do not see that.
00:45We always keep on a pedestal.
00:49So, there are antithesis.
00:54She is not the usual mother.
00:56She is a woman.
00:58She is a woman.
01:01She is a woman.
01:04She is a mother.
01:04And she is a mother.
01:04So, what do you think the audience will be surprised?
01:07Will she see her mother in her mother?
01:09No.
01:09We will be very entertained.
01:11We will be very happy.
01:12And, I mean, this film is the way that we can entertain people.
01:19And when they will see her, I think that's what their reaction will be.
01:24And even when the trailer, people enjoy it.
01:29Yes.
01:30Yes.
01:30Yes.
01:31Yes.
01:34We'll see you later.
01:40We will be happy.
01:42Yes.
01:44Yes.
01:51I think that's really happy.
01:54Yes.
01:55Yes.
01:56Yes.
01:57Yes.
01:58Yes.
01:58Yes.
01:58Yes.
02:01So that was the only thing that was going on.
02:04Now you know this.
02:05Sir, this is true.
02:09I am sure that the interview on the set of interviews you should do here.
02:13You should do it on location.
02:15The interview on the set of interviews is different.
02:18And one more thing is that you have a debut on Netflix.
02:23How is your experience with Netflix?
02:25It's a very good experience.
02:26Yes sir, it's so good that the film is spread everywhere.
02:32It's a very good experience that the first debut on Netflix will reach a wider audience.
02:42So I'm very happy.
02:44What is the most important thing about the mother-in-law?
02:49The most important thing about her is that her honesty and the real story and characters.
02:55There are so many characters.
02:56So it's like a relationship with each other.
02:59A relationship with each other.
03:00A little bit of a relationship with each other.
03:02But it's very interesting to see.
03:06How many people react to each other.
03:07But there are also many things that all people relate to each other.
03:12So the honest, the real characters, the confused, the confused, the emotional, everything at the same time.
03:18Like we are in the house.
03:20When there is a stressful situation in the house.
03:22So someone overreacts.
03:24Someone lightly takes it.
03:26Someone is crying.
03:26And someone is not doing anything.
03:27So it's like that in all of our houses.
03:30So I think that everyone will relate to each other.
03:33That in stressful situations, mother reminds me of the only thing.
03:38She says, she makes tea.
03:39She makes tea.
03:41She makes tea.
03:41So mother's a trait.
03:42So what's the story about Suresh Ji?
03:43Is it real?
03:47Yes.
03:47Sir, we gave a very simple brief.
03:50Just let go.
03:51As many as you have in the house.
03:54As a human being, you always keep in control.
03:59So Sir said,
04:01Don't leave here.
04:03What is the mind that we are in the house.
04:04We are in the house.
04:05We are in the house.
04:06We are in the house.
04:07It's so thick as a family.
04:09And it's a dysfunctional family.
04:11So we don't think about something before.
04:15And we don't think about it.
04:17We don't think about it.
04:18We don't think about it.
04:19We don't think about it.
04:21If there's a anger,
04:22we will be angry with each other.
04:24We don't think about it.
04:25There are many workshops for this.
04:28We also had a few workshops.
04:29I think we had a few days before.
04:31We had a workshop with Pooja Mam.
04:33And it was really fun.
04:34I think we didn't have script reading in workshops.
04:37But we played a lot of games.
04:40We played a lot of activities.
04:41We played great exercises.
04:42We were able to find other people in a very good way.
04:45And after this,
04:45When we went to set,
04:46the scenes were a bit easier.
04:50Because we didn't feel like acting in a way.
04:53We needed to play and play.
04:56It was really fun.
04:56How do you make the situation in the set and how much fun you are doing it?
05:01Just being normal. I didn't have a lot of effort. I am just who I am.
05:10And when they said that we did workshops, I met with Tripti when we did Bhol Bholaiya 3.
05:19We did a little bit of work. We didn't have a lot of scenes together, but we didn't have a
05:23little bit of experience.
05:27When we did workshops, we were just enjoying ourselves. We had different situations.
05:35You have to do whatever you want to do. That moment, we got to know each other.
05:44We got a comfort level with each other. And it's very easy for me to make people comfortable.
05:51Because there is no such thing that I am someone or I am just a normal person.
05:58So, it's always fun to work. When a group becomes good, an understanding, a chemistry becomes good.
06:06It's always fun to work. And it's always about teamwork. Films is always about teamwork.
06:11It's always about teamwork and teamwork. So, you are as good as your team.
06:16So, if your team is fantastic, all the actors around you, then your performance is also enhanced.
06:22First choice, Madhuri Ji, Tripti Ji, Dhanna Ji, was it or was it in any other way?
06:27First choice, Madhuri Ji, Tripti Ji, was it or was it in any other way?
06:29First choice, the story is that I wrote the first time, I wrote the story about your story.
06:31I wrote the story about you. Because I had to make a crime comedy.
06:40I said, I was confused about this story.
06:42Then a new writer came on, Pooja Thulani.
06:46They wrote the screenplay and dialogue.
06:48It's been 3 or 4 years.
06:50I was confused about casting.
06:51Because everyone who asked me, I thought that there are 3 casts.
06:55How will it be?
06:56Who will it be?
06:56Who will it be?
06:57Who will it be?
06:57Who will it be?
06:57Who will it be?
06:57But Vikram Malhotra, our producer, he was very excited about it.
07:03After writing a script, we started looking for the script.
07:08It was my first thought that I would go to them.
07:10But because I was doing the script, I was confused about it.
07:16It took time, in 2014, in August, I went to them and my writer.
07:23And we narrated them.
07:25If you don't believe it, I would say yes.
07:28And my mind is working with them.
07:32I became a normal face, but I was dancing inside.
07:36After that, I don't do anything diplomatically.
07:39I didn't do anything.
07:40I was thinking about it.
07:41After that, it was my mind that I would ask Tripti.
07:44I didn't release the animal.
07:46Then, in October, I went to them.
07:48I just used it.
07:50I used it in my film.
07:51What happened?
07:53Then, on Netflix, my writer suggested it.
07:58They came and gave it an audition.
07:59I watched it in an audition.
08:01I watched it.
08:02But it was an audition.
08:04I didn't have any audition for that role.
08:07It was auditioned and locked it.
08:08Then, that's how the casting happened.
08:12And I'm very lucky, sir.
08:14Like Gitanjali Kulkarni, Manjeevi, actors.
08:17Ravi Kishanji, actor.
08:19Arunoday.
08:21Shardul.
08:21These are a very good set of actors.
08:24So, my life was very easy.
08:25That's why we shot a film in 41 days.
08:28And then, Netflix.
08:29And what happens is that you can think anything.
08:32You can think that you will make a film.
08:35But until you get the right platform and bouncing board.
08:40And if you don't see it, then what point is it?
08:43Then, Netflix came on board.
08:44Because it's very good.
08:46But casting, I'm very lucky.
08:48Thank you, sir.
08:48So, this is a great job.
08:50We hope that people like this.
08:52And after success, we'll see you again.
08:54What about it?
08:55So, look at Ma Behen.
08:57On 4th of June.
08:59On Netflix.
09:01Watch now.
09:02Bye.
09:03Bye.
