00:00And with great pleasure, I would like to turn the floor to Prime Minister of the UK, Boris Johnson.
00:08Thank you very much, Mr. President Volodymyr Zelensky.
00:13President Zelensky, Mr. Chairman, members of the Verkhovna Rada.
00:18It is a big honour for me to address you at this crucial moment in history.
00:24And I salute the courage with which you are meeting today, the way you have continued to meet in spite
00:31of the barbaric onslaught on your freedoms.
00:35Day after day, missiles and bombs continue to rain on the innocent people of Ukraine.
00:42And in the south and the east of your wonderful country, Putin continues with his grotesque and illegal campaign to
00:53take and hold Ukrainian soil.
00:56And his soldiers no longer have the excuse of not knowing what they are doing.
01:01They are committing war crimes and their atrocities emerge wherever they are forced to retreat, as we've seen at Bucher,
01:12at Erpin, at Hostelmel and many other places.
01:15And we in the UK will do whatever we can to hold them to account for these war crimes.
01:22And in this moment of uncertainty, of continuing fear and doubt about the future, I have one message for you
01:34today.
01:36Ukraine will win.
01:48Ukraine will be free.
