Mayor of Greater Manchester Andy Burnham hails his campaign as a “change by-election” as he launches his bid to become Makerfield MP. Speaking at his campaign launch in Ashton-in-Makerfield, Mr Burnham says: “Politics in this country, British politics, is tired.
