00:06Great councillors lost their seats, not because their councillors weren't excellent or because people have concerns about City Hall,

00:13but because people have concerns about the Labour government. We need less talk and more action.

00:20This must be the start of an acceleration in delivery.

00:24People across the country, including London, voted for change. That change needs to happen sooner rather than later.
