00:00I think I would give myself some advice to spend time with your parents, spend time with your family and
00:05just sort of take a moment.
00:07Eat less and exercise more.
00:09Simple. Listen to your mum and dad. They know we think we're smart when we're young. Let me tell you.
00:15Let me tell you, go. When you get older, you'll realise.
00:17Because later in life it catches up with you. Trust me. I've just lost four stone. So it took a
00:27while but we got there in the end.
00:28Always enjoy every day as much as you can. Because as you get older, you realise how quickly the days
00:35go. You know, the days just fly over.
00:38And also, don't fall off walls and break your knees.
00:43Is that coming from experience?
00:45Yeah. I've had two knee replacements because of it. So be careful, kids. Don't do stupid things.
00:53I lost my dad at a very young age. I was 16. And, you know, looking back, he was a
00:57businessman but he always made time and said we must have a family trip each year, must spend time together.
01:02And when I look back through the years, they're the memories that mean the most and they're the memories that
01:07I talk about with my mum the most.
01:08I give myself that advice but I try to follow the advice as well because I always try to get
01:12as much out of every day as I can.
01:15So, yeah, I always have said to myself, listen, when you're older, get as much as you can out of
01:20every single day.
01:21When I look back, it's like, God, imagine if I just was sort of racing through life and never sat
01:25down to do those things, didn't take those trips or do something together.
01:28I think it's really important.
01:29I think it's really important.
