00:04one way to do it would be to select one checkbox itself and then slide it one at a time.
00:10That's another way to do it, is to hold your control key and start selecting all the checkboxes.
00:15And after that, once you're done, you can slide it like that.
00:19But you can see there's a lot of clicking going on.
00:22Let me show you another way which is more efficient than doing one checkbox at a time.
00:26The first thing you have to do is go to Home, under Editing, you're going to select Find and Select.
00:33In here, you're going to go open up Selection Panel here, and this will open a menu on the right
00:38-hand side.
00:38Select any of the checkboxes and press Control-A, and you can see all the checkboxes are selected.
00:44But keep in mind that if there's other objects like pictures, they do get selected as well.
00:48In order to deselect an object, hold down the Control key and press the left mouse click, and that will
00:54be disabled.
00:54Now you can easily move all the checkboxes at the same time together.
