Learn how to select all check boxes at once in Excel.

To select all checkboxes at once in Excel, first ensure that the checkboxes are inserted into the spreadsheet. Then, simply press and hold the "Ctrl" key on your keyboard and click on each checkbox individually to select them simultaneously. Alternatively, you can use the "Shift" key to shift-select multiple checkboxes in a contiguous range. Another efficient method is to employ the "Selecting All Checkboxes using a Single Checkbox in Excel" technique, where you link a master checkbox to control the selection status of all other checkboxes in the worksheet, allowing for convenient mass selection or deselection with just one click.

00:00If you have to align all these checkboxes at the center of this cell,
00:04one way to do it would be to select one checkbox itself and then slide it one at a time.
00:10That's another way to do it, is to hold your control key and start selecting all the checkboxes.
00:15And after that, once you're done, you can slide it like that.
00:19But you can see there's a lot of clicking going on.
00:22Let me show you another way which is more efficient than doing one checkbox at a time.
00:26The first thing you have to do is go to Home, under Editing, you're going to select Find and Select.
00:33In here, you're going to go open up Selection Panel here, and this will open a menu on the right
00:38-hand side.
00:38Select any of the checkboxes and press Control-A, and you can see all the checkboxes are selected.
00:44But keep in mind that if there's other objects like pictures, they do get selected as well.
00:48In order to deselect an object, hold down the Control key and press the left mouse click, and that will
00:54be disabled.
00:54Now you can easily move all the checkboxes at the same time together.
