06:52तो exam center पहुंचके उन्हें देखने को मिला

06:56लगा था दूसरे दिन exam cancel करती है
06:59एक student ने बताया कि वो 400 km दूर ट्रैवल करके exam देने आया था
07:06लेकिन जब center पहुंचा तो पता चला कि exam cancel कर दिया गया
07:09उसे पहले से कोई notice नहीं दिया गया
07:12यह सारी बात यह सुनकर जाईर सी बात है
07:13सवाल यह उड़ता है कि आखिर कौन है इस सब के पीछे जिम्मेदार

07:20वो company जिसे SSE से exam conduct कराने का contract मिला हुआ है
07:25असल में बात क्या है दोस्तो
07:26SSE के पास online exam कराने के लिए खुद का कोई software नहीं है
07:29इसलिए वो यह exam दूसरी companies की मदद से conduct कराती है
07:33इन companies को vendor companies कहा जाता है
07:35और यह vendor companies software के अलावा
07:37biometric system और centers का पूरा logistics भी समभालती है
07:41कि स्टूडेंट का exam center कहा रहेगा
07:43यह सब इसे एक company के द्वारे decide किया जाता है
07:45कुछ समय पहले तक SSE के exams conduct कराने का contract
07:49Tata Consultancy Services TCS के पास था
07:51लेकिन April 2025 में यह contract एक नई company को दिया जाता है
07:55Eduquity Career Technologies
07:58और हरानी की बात यह है दोस्तों कि साल 2020 में
08:00Central Directorate General of Training ने Eduquity company को
08:04कोई भी exam conduct कराने के लिए ineligible declare कर दिया था
08:08लेकिन इसके बावजूद भी बार बार इस company को
08:10नई contracts मिलते रहे
08:12मार्स 2022 में Eduquity को
08:14मध्या प्रदेश Teacher Eligibility Test
08:15conduct कराने का contract मिला था
08:17लेकिन खुद से काम करने की जिगे
08:19इसने इसे एक दूसरी company को सब contract कर दिया
08:22राजस्तान की साय Eduquity
08:23Private Limited और बीच में से अपना commission रख लिया
08:26यह वाला जो exam था
08:27इसका paper leak हुआ और social media पर viral गया
08:30अब जाहिर सी बात है कोई भी सरकार ऐसी company को
08:36दुबारा exam conduct कराने का contract नहीं देना चाहे
08:39लेकिन इसके बावजूद भी
08:40एक साल बाद ही Eduquity को
08:42मध्या प्रदेश में पटवारी exam कराने का
08:45दूसरा contract दे दिया गे
08:47इस exam में भी cheating से related complaints आई
08:49और Chief Minister शिवराज सिंग चोहान ने
08:51भरती रोक कर एक inquiry बिठाई
08:53लेकिन 6 महीने बाद December 2023 में
08:55इस company को एक और contract मिल जाता है
08:57exam conduct कराने का वो भी मध्या प्रदेश में
09:00इस बार मध्या प्रदेश Employee Selection Board से
09:03उसी साल मार्च में महरास्टरा की
09:04Common Entrance Test Cell ने
09:06adequate को एक MB exam कराने का contract दिया था
09:09इस exam में भी कई सारी irregularities सामने आई
09:11students ने paper leak और cheating का आरोप लगाया
09:14जहाँ जहाँ इस company ने exams conduct करवाए
09:16वहाँ वहाँ cheating और paper leak के आरोप लगे
09:19लेकिन इस सब के बावजूद भी
09:20SSC ने TCS को replace करके
09:23ये SSC के exams कराने का contract भी
09:26adequate को दे दिया
09:27SSC ने अपनी तरफ से justification दिया है
09:29कि इस company ने lowest amount में
09:31बोली लगाई थी इसलिए हमने इने contract दे दिया
09:34लेकिन सवाल ये कि कुछ करोड रुपे
09:35बचाने के लिए क्या आप करोडो
09:37students के future को खत्रे में डाल दोगे
09:39और ऐसे exams conduct कराने का फाइदा ही क्या है
09:41जहाँ पर paper leaks और cheating हो रही हो
09:43सबसे बड़ा सवाल तो यहाँ पर यह है दोस्तों
09:45कि इतनी सारी controversies के बाद भी
09:47बार बार इसे एक company को ही
09:49सरकार क्यों contract दिये जा रही है
09:51क्या यहाँ पर कोई political link है
09:53क्या यहाँ पर भी चंदे धंदे का model देखने को मिल रहा है
09:55कारण जो भी हो result तो यही निकला है
09:58कि करोडो students का future अब दाओ पर लगा दिया है
10:00जब adequate को SSC का contract मिला था
10:03Reddit जैसे social media platforms पर
10:05लोगों ने पहले से warning दी थी
10:06कि अब chaos आने वाला है
10:08Students exam होने से पहले से ही जानते थे
10:10इस company को अगर contract मिल रहा है
10:13तो इस exam में धेर सारी दिक्कते होने वाली
10:15और exactly यही चीज हुई
10:1724 जुलाई को जिस दिन exam शुरू हुआ था
10:20उसी दिन social media complaints से भर गया
10:22पहले दिन ही SSC vendor failure
10:24SSC mismanagement, SSC reform जैसे hashtags
10:27trend करने लगे
10:28कई बड़े teachers भी students के support में आए है
10:30इन teachers का कहना है कि SSC director ने
10:32खुद माना है कि उन्हें exam से related
10:3455,000 से ज्यादा complaints मिली है
10:37सवाल यहाँ पर यह उठाया गया है
10:39कि अगर 3,000,000 students में ही 55,000 complaints आ गई है
10:42तो SSC 13 August को होने वाला CGL exam कैसे कराएगी
10:45जहाँ पर 30,000,000 से ज्यादा students शामिल होंगे
10:48और उस exam का contract भी इसी company को दिया गया है
10:50शर्म की बाद तो यह है
10:51दोस्तों की सरकार students और teachers की सुनने की बजाए
10:54उन्हीं पर ही अत्याचार कर रहे है
10:55teachers ने अवाज उठाई तो कई teachers के
10:57Twitter accounts को ही suspend कर दिया गया
10:59students इस protest को digital से real world में लेकर आए
11:02दिल्ली चलो की call लगाई गई और 31 जुलाई की सुभह
11:05हजारों students दिल्ली में जमा होने लगे
11:08इनकी demand बड़ी simple थी
11:09इस company eduquity से contract वापस लेकर TCS को दे दिया जाए
11:13और जब तक ऐसा ना हो
11:14SSE CGL के exam postpone कर दिया जाए
11:17इसके लावा कुछ students का कहना है कि SSE को अपना
11:19खुद का software develop करना चाहिए
11:21vendor selection process की transparent investigation होनी चाहिए
11:25और affected students के लिए
11:26सरकार के खर्चे पर re-examination की देवस्था परनी चाहिए
11:30लगभग एक हजार से जादा students और teachers
11:32दिल्ली में Department of Personal and Training के
11:34office के सामने जमा हो गए थे
11:36वो अपने issues को लेकर Minister of State for Public Grievances
11:39जितेंदर सिंग से मिलना चाहते थे
11:40लेकिन पुलीस ने उन्हें मिलने नहीं दिया
11:43कई famous teachers और protesting students को
11:45detain करके जबरदस्ती बस में डाल दिया जाता है
11:47और प्रोटेस्टर्स को घंटों तक
11:49बस में ही बठा कर गुमाया जाता है
11:51क्योंकि पुलीस ये नहीं तेक कर पाई
11:53कि उन्हें कहां ले जाये जाये
11:54प्रोटेस्टर्स ने आरोप लगाया कि उन पर लाठी चार्ज भी किया गया
11:5731 जुलाई की देर रात को
12:19सभी टीचर्स और स्टूडेंट्स को छोड़ दिया जाता है
12:21और रिलीज होने के बार टीचर्स ने कहा
12:23कि वो सालों से स्टूडेंट्स को पढ़ा रहे हैं
12:25लेकिन आज पहली बार उन्हें एक क्रिमिनल की तरह
12:27ट्रीट किया गया
12:29इस पूरे मामले में सरकार बिल्कुल चुप रही है
12:31लीडर ओफ उपोजिशन राहूल गांदी ने ट्विटर पर पोस्ट करके
12:34इसे मोधी सरकार का फेलियर बताया है
12:36लेकिन बात यह है दोस्तों कि यह प्रोटेस सिरफ एक एक्जाम के बारे में नहीं है
12:40पिछले कुछ सालों में कितने प्रोटेस हुए हैं एक्जाम एर रेगुलारिटीज को लेकर आप भी शौक रह जाएंगे जानकर
12:45UPSC में पेपर लीक्स, बैंकिंग में IBPS स्कैम्स, रेलवेज में RRB प्रोटेस हर जगहें यही हाल है
12:52देश का पूरा recruitment system यहाँ पर collapse कर रहा है और सरकार से jobs की मांग करना तो छोड़ो
12:57जो existing jobs है उनके लिए भी एक fair system नहीं दे पा रही है सरकार
13:01इतनी नाकाम सरकार शायद ही देश के इतिहास में पहले कभी देखी गई है
13:05मैं सरकार से कहना चाहूँगा अगर थोड़ी सी भी शर्म बची है एक simple सी demand है students की
13:10उसे fulfill कर दो एक company से contract वापस लेकर उस पुरानी company को ही तो देना है
13:15कौन सा यहाँ पर बड़ा नुकसान हो जाएगा
13:17काईदे से यहाँ पर आपको SSC से खुद का software develop करवाना चाहिए जो की कोई मुश्किल काम नहीं है
13:22एक बार यह हो जाए डंग से तो सरकार के खुद के भी पैसे बचेंगे
13:25लेकिन इतनी expectations आप से रखना मुश्किल लगता है तो एक simple सी चीज़ कर दो
13:29उस company से contract वापस ले लो
13:31और यह जो दिक्कते students को जहिलनी पड़ी है
13:33सरकार के खर्चे पर re-exam की वैवस्था करा दो
13:36याद रख लो यही students देश का future है
13:38कल को अपना ये vote भी इसी चीज़ को देख कर ते करेंगी
13:41और students के लिए मैं कहना चाहूँगा
13:43मैं समझ सकता हूँ कितना frustrating होगा
13:45इस तरीखे के system से deal करना
13:47लेकिन at the end of the day ये भी याद रखिए
13:49कि एक exam आपकी जिंदगी ते नहीं करता
13:51एक exam सब कुछ नहीं होता है
13:53इसलिए अपना हौसला कभी मत खोना
