Alice Guo may face perjury charges if she files COC for mayor -- OSG

Dismissed mayor Alice L. Guo of Bamban, Tarlac could face perjury charges should she file a certificate of candidacy (COC) "and the facts stated under oath are proven to be false," Solicitor General Menardo I. Guevarra said on Sunday, Oct. 6.
