AI, Masperi (Sap): “Grandi opportunità nel lavoro digitale, necessario ridurre skill gap”

(Adnkronos) - “Vedo più opportunità che rischi rispetto all’AI perché è una delle tecnologie che condizionerà il futuro delle aziende e delle competenze lavorative. Importante porre attenzione sulle condizioni che permettono a questa tecnologia di essere efficace a partire da una base dati concreta ed affidabile. Per essere efficace l’AI deve suggerire nuovi modelli di business nella chiave della semplificazione e della velocità. C’è molto da fare sullo skill gap, perché l’AI aprirà nuove opportunità nel mondo del lavoro digitale ma c’è il rischio di un deficit tra domanda e offerta. Bisogna favorire lo sviluppo di skill digitali”. Così Carla Masperi, Amministratore delegato Sap Italia, in occasione dell'evento 'Intelligenza Artificiale, rischi e opportunità', organizzato oggi da Adnkronos a Palazzo dell'Informazione.
